Communication

The key to a successful job is communication, such as asking appropriate questions at the correct time.  The only thing worse than a question not asked is a question asked too late.  We strive to be proactive in all aspects of the business, from the estimate through final project completion.  From making sure we include the proper pricing on bid day, to providing the proper documentation for project closeout and all things in between.

Safety

Safety is a shared responsibility of every team member.  Working safely is our number one goal  We are prepared to provide competent workers, knowledgeable in all aspects of safety as it applies to our daily work routines as well as by all other trades on any particular job site.

Teamwork

We believe that creating a team environment builds strong relationships between our employees, customers, vendors and owners.  Each employee is expected to contribute fully to the activities of the team.  Teamwork promotes success, cooperation, enthusiasm and fun.  By providing a team environment we will encourage all sub-trades on a job site to buy in and become a team player, thus increasing the odds of success for all parties involved in any particular project.

Ethics and Integrity

A few of of the most important values to Accent Electrical Services  are ethics and integrity.  Ethics is a set of values, principles, beliefs and actions that define a person.  Ethics are reflective of ones character and integrity. Moreover, an individual’s ethics reflects on how trusted the person is.  For example, a person with good ethics will always do the right thing in any circumstance, even if no one is watching.  Having a solid set of ethics and good integrity is what separates an excellent employee from an ordinary employee.  We offer budget analysis, which opens our bid for review at any point during a project to allow all parties to be involved in solutions.  We provide honesty and integrity in all aspects of a project.
